A 22-year-old employee died on Christmas day when he was tasked to clear snow from the La Grande Roue De Montréal attraction while it was in operation. Six people, including a six-year-old girl, were injured after falling from the third-story section of the 3D labyrinth attraction at Lake Tojo Toy Kingdom. Both a 27-year-old woman and a 24-year-old man fractured a hip bone. The man fell while holding his one-year-old daughter, who sustained no injuries. Source

A 44-year-old woman suffered severe brain injuries when a metal object that flew off the Intamin strata coaster struck her head as she was waiting in line for the ride. The coaster closed and will be modified as a new Zamperla Lightning coaster. Source
