Shall I Sherlock this too? Yes, no homeworks and fairly nothing to do the next five mins...
Please do.

- Sort of Fahrenheit-ish coaster, just taller.
True.

- Judging from the height of the lifthill and the height of the hill the train is cresting, I would say that it goes into a ground-hug turn after the lift, then into the hill.
Nope, havn't you seen earlier pictures?

- Some piece of track is seen in the background. It is looking like a loop or an Immelmann.
Nope..

- The train is rather short, indicating a short layout (or one with lots of blocks), with some tight turns.
Wrong.

- It is themed to a factory
Not really.

- Assuming that the track in the background is part of an inversion, there got to be some more of them. When coasters reach a certain size, it will have either none or lots of inversions.
See above and a total of 6 inversions

Hmmm... looked through the topic but found no pictures except for some of the station. Didn't look further than the end of the 12-loop project, though.
I haven't seen any Intamin megas with as few as three cars, so I thought that a short train meant rapid transitions (Maverick, Fahrenheit, Speed Monster).
And what about the last statement? :)

Looks good Loefet.

I like the colours, and the drop through the station building is lovely.

From what I can see, the drop doesn't look to be much beyond vertical, but I can't see alot it, so i'll wait for more shots.

But, yeah looking good!

It looks really good. I'm really impressed with the scenery, and I cannot wait for the track to be released.

Wow, all that progress? Last time I saw the track, it was exactly that: a track. There goes my FPS with that monorail(I hope not). And yeah, pokemaniac, you really haven't seen the track since the 3Ds were added. I suppose you have corrected some of those minute flaws we discussed about before, loefet?

Anyhoo. I've got a project I've been able to work on a bit. It's an X-car. It has a 50 mph launch. It has 2 inversions, and lots of airtime. Sofar, just a launch has been created with the first turn.

I'll get some pics up ASAP, if I can.

Oh, and if you happen to be wondering what the heck is up with Thunder Mountain, then I have good and bad news for you. The track is completed, as well has 1/2 of the entire ride. However, the track has some pumps in it, and will need to be re-done.

If you talk about the things you said when testing the track then the first part and the last turn is completely changed, and the rest is pretty much the same still, both parts are both improve the ride significantly.
I have since the last picture, added some extra buildings and 2 trains to the monorail.

And those FPS are with running a 1980x1200 screen (at native resolution + that I also have a second screen attached to the same graphics card) so If you don't have that big resolution then you would probably do better.
Computer specs: AMD X2 4200+, 2GB ram, Nvidia 7600 GT.

Here is a link to my construction Topic on TPR, which have the pictures on just 4 pages then spread out in this topic > http://www.themeparkreview.com/forum/vi ... hp?t=40029

Sorry about double, but here is a new picture:

power18.jpg

Only a few buildings left and add the final touches, then it's on to texturing and coloring.

Now pokemaniac you can use the link above to the pictures and try to figure out the layout of this thing, note that one part of the layout have been changed (since the pictures of it were posted) and have been left out of the pictures (and i plan to keep it that way).

^^ Are you allowed to say that many foul words in one go :--D

^ I'm also very pleased with the swing, it turned out really great.

Not much 3d work today, instead I sorted out the last part of the track that I wasn't happy with.

power19.jpg

I made the radius of the top of the lift bigger so I don't get the -3g spike on back row that I had before.

*holds back large list of swear words*

OMG! That picture hardly shows anything, but it is awesome. I really cannot wait for the release, which you better be doing!

I can't see how you guys are soo impressed.... Oh wait, i'm from CS "Home of the 3Ds wizzards". loefet is one of them on my list.

Here's a screenie of my X-car:

I'll finish it when I can. And this may be one of few pictures of the ride. I'm saving the ending as a suprise.

Might be a bit under-supported on the hill.

[/sarcasm]

Looks good, but I'm not sure I like the yellow and blue supports.

That Blue and Yellow X-car look kinda kool IMO. :S

Anyway... Heres 2 pics of my New Floorless Coaster. Its a short ride and its for the younger thrill seeker so don't go saying its too small and boring etc...

The Fun Ending Swaying track :p ^^^

Name to be Revealed Later!

I'm quite interested in that X-Car, It'll be good to see the layout.

Something I've been working on earlier today.

Huh??? Mirror EGF? In yellow? Different supports, but still...

Nah, it features track on the other side of the lift, so it's not a mirror clone. Looks promising, but it pulls out of the drop a bit too early I think. Compare to this:

http://www.rcdb.com/m/ig977.htm?picture=17

GeForce has more than a train's length of full drop, while yours is pulling out while the last car hasn't gone straight...
Also, as it is diving into a diving turn, I can't see the need to have such a steep drop.
Anyway, it looks brilliant! Any stats?
