It was the 14/02/12, but it looks like that was not met and it did not go to the locals until the 16th

Yeah, I looked at the documents yesterday and the plans are due for appraisal after the public consultancy period with was a month, so 16th March. I think, it was yesterday and I've slept since then :lol:

The date changed again to the 22nd, the expiry date of the application is the 30th or March.
