When you see how tiny the track looks in the hole you do get a scale of how huge this actually is.

Anyway, looks about nine and a half days behind schedule to me from those pictures, maybe nine and three quarters :p

Does seem things are coming together now.
Though admittedly news does still seem to be quite limp.
I'm sure when the viral things start becoming more frequent it will excite.

Most interesting thing about that is that is mentions The "Smiler" logo. Which suggests it's more to do with the logo than the ride name as suspected :)

Shame they're themed to more SW7 rather than The Sanctuary. It'd be amazing to have a "Cell" room ha.

To be honest, Alton's last 2 purchases weren't ready* on opening day. So I'm not fully expecting this to be 100% complete.

*Theming that is.

A Sanctuary style room would be awesome <3

As far as themeing goes, Merlin have a bad habit of opening their recent attractions half finished :p

But in a way that's also a good thing as they add to them during the year, like they did with Swarm.
