^ I have heard that is the case. Under the current regime, SFMM being a year round park, cannot use their fiscal year budget until after January 1st each year. It seems silly not to change that as none of the other parks have to adhere to this, but this is one instance where corporate is to blame.

Still looks a whole lotta meh. Construction realistically will probably be done in a week or two tops. Granted California went on full freak out mode because it rained today and yesterday. I'm sure reviews will be generally positive, but by September the capacity will be such **** it won't matter. 4 hour waits and one train operation by next year.
