Did you listen to Webber. If more drivers say no to restort and the GPDA say no then they cant force them to race. Less downforce more sprey less grip no visabilaty. would you drive in a car in a rain storm you cant see your front in? I know i wouldnt so your your brain.

I posted that before he said it was too bad.

Looking at it though, Spain 96, Donington 93 and Japan 94 were all much worse than this!

It's pathetic, health and fecking safety. I'm not going to watch it ever again if they stop it totally!

the H&S is for driver team and public safety not just there to phark around. This is one of the only sports where theres other rules inplace.

but i can see your veiw.

Thank you.

But these people are paid millions of pounds to drive around very fast and compete to win. People who visit motor racing events know that if they get hit by a car it is they cannot complain as the ticket itself has a disclaimer somewhere along the lines of "motorsport can be dangerous and spectators are present at their own risk."

Week in week out, the drivers say that they don't fear anything and that they risk themselves every race. Which is fair.

Even Heikki said today that "he fears nothing" just today!

Now they have the chance to prove that they're not bull ****ting and go out and do their jobs that they're paid to do.

It's so pathetic it's unreal, I am very very very disappointed.

The problem now Neal is the rear wing, they dont have as much rear grip.

I have seen races stopped before in rain not as heavy as this, France 1992, Australia 1989 and 1991.

The rain has not stopped so lets see what happens.

If it does restart kimi is out anyway his car was just in the pits.

Oooh, movement, and listen to the crowd, cheers.

They, like me, want to see a fecking race. They're paid to do it, get on with it!

And yes Marc, I do sort of agree with you

^ Yes, now that would be even more of a farce!

Half points, for half a race, that sounds sensible to me. :p

Looks like it will restart by looks of it.

I wish they would stop about this clock, the race stops the ****ing clock stops it does in quali it does in the race.

Webber get in your car and shut the **** up for once.

^ No, they are right for once, the rule says so, so it is.

Another stupid part of F1 that always comes to light in such farce as this!

Well the race clock has stoped but if it was running they cant make 9 laps in the time left so. This is one big **** up. both in timeing and the decisions. the daylights almost gone aswell.

You're an idiot, Neal.

x2.

None of the DRIVERS want to race? You know, maybe because they have kids, and partners, and families, and friends, and they don't want to end up hitting a wall because they have no grip just because some twerp on a rollercoaster message board wants to see a race finish.

Driver safety is always the priority. Entertainment factor is an afterthought.

Rain has stopped by looks of it, this is going to restart soon.

Kimi is out.

Will wait now for button to lose the win :(

Never used to be like that Neal.

Dad says that as well, but unless the BBC are making it up then it isn't anymore :(

Yes I agree Smithy, but this is their job and they are paid to take the risk. It's always been part of F1 and yes it's totally tragic when it happens, but it is and has been a huge part of the sport which has thankfully not happened since 1994.

And I know that they aren't going to listen to me, I'm not deluded or anything, I'm just thoroughly pissed off and very very disappointed in the sport I loved as recently as 1 hour ago!
