Have started to create something that every "circle builder" wants, guess what?

O i don't know :\

:O!

Is that google Sketch up?! Because if it is, how do you export? I've tried but it failed :(

(Sorry if this is a rubbish post)

^^I'm not sure what it is that all "circle builders" want...

^I think you have to have the proffesional version to export 3Ds, I may be wrong though...

Hmm... maybe it's custom fences? Perfect parabolic shapes for G-elimination? Or your Zero-G-roll secret...

I think you can do it with the professional demo though, but that's only for a limited time period.

Sort of, it's the beginning of a clothoid. It's the ultimate thing to aid construction, to create perfect transitions between different different radius circles.

That math is part of designing rides.

I had a friend print out values of a Clothoid, so now I'm sitting an add every point one by one to create it (each point have 6 decimals). It's really boring, but I have always wanted one.

I'm thinking about releasing a file containing different objects to aid construction (circle, parabola, clothoid, etc.) if someone is interested.

Might also compile a list of g-force limits for each type of coasters from our logged data from coasters.

I'd be very interested in that! I've just started experimenting using circles and lines to improve my tracks, it would be of great help to a lot of people.

Code named Giotto. A Giant Eurofighter at almost 6,000ft in length. A few have ridden it and thought it had fun pacing. Will start supporting soon.

Supporting has begun, but I will support that top section.

Those supports work quite well, I don't think the top needs supporting, it looks as if it should be able tosupport the load fine. Send me the revised version later and I'll take a look.

Did you manage to sort out that Lat. spike on the entry to the first inversion?

This is my first project, a recreation of Speed Monster. It looks quite finished, but there are several things that I feel could be done better.

Enjoy some screens!

The whole ride

The Norwegian Loop. And it looks completely wrong. Help, anyone?

The S-hills. Supporting? Well... it could be better couldn't it?

The corkscrew. Yep, someting wrong, but what?

PM me for the trackfile (I'll email you it, so remember to give me an address) if you want it now.
