I'm an idiot? Yeah. RIGHT. At least I know not to spend a rediculous ammount of time on a ride that ends up crappy, and just try to cover up my mistakes with decent 3Ds.

Now, a perfect exaple of an Intamin is USMCR (U.S. Magic Carpet Ride), which is almost completely built with HSAK. No 3Ds. No cartexture. Just track and supports.

Jer, much better with the supports. However, the corkscrew looks wonky.

Would you like some help with those PIA elements? I feel your pain if you can't get them perfectly smooth.

The only real thing that counts is 1: Track and 2: Supports. Other than that, nothing matters.

yeah color matters

The only reason you should color the track all one color, is if you are making a recreation. People like to "customize" their rides, and you bossing in here telling them that it looks **** because they have brown track, and red rails is really putting them down. If they want those colors, then let them be.

Thing is on intamin track it does look **** fool :roll:

Btw I used AHG on my latest track hypertension can you review it since it uses it?

But its not ****ing real! How can you say its a 'perfect example' when it dosen't ****ing exsist! Jeez that just shows how much of a superficial **** you actually are. Use RCDB and stay in the real world.

^Looks good. Will it have inversions like USMCR? (liked the coaster, until the inversions removed some of the realism). Still, hope your building will get more 3Ds. May I suggest steam pipes, litter bins, vents and other such things you surely have thought of?

Oh I have a roller coaster coming up which is slightly inspired by PAX roller coasters, its called Orion and shall upload a screen later tonight. Hixee and Arly have had a teaser of it.

Yeah, it is fun, it's a nice idea and it looked really good from what I saw.

No, no inversions. NLDC has pictures of the layout. If you can imagine a AROS, but a bit shorter in length.

The factory building is going to get piping, steam vents, lights, broken walls, ect. Just need to work on it more. Adding 3Ds support bases is going to be a pain though.

iJustin, does your track have lead-ins/outs? Very critical to a silky smooth design.

Dave, no, I most certainly will not STFU.

Pokemaniac, actually that ride is made by Buster, I just wanted to show if to CF since pretty much everyone doesn't know it exists in the NL world. It's a Multilooper Hyper Coaster.

^Looks kinda wierd in some places. But mostly looks ok.

iJustin, yes, on turns and on hills. A hill is just a turn on it's side, and a turn is just a hill on it's side. Lead ins and lead-outs make the track entirely smooth, so that the train doesn't just jerk sudden;y when entering an element, like a hill or turn.

It's kinda hard to see, but when the track begins to crest the top of the lift, it gradually changes the radius, from a large radius, to a smaller radius.

Lead-ins are a radius going from a large radius, and going to a small radius. Lead-outs are the opposite. Watch from the back car, and when it enters your first hill, see if it jerks suddenly. If it does, then it has no lead-ins. You can send the track file to me, and I can show you lead-ins much better that way.

And I have a QQ which I didnt know where to put so I though here would be good.

Does anyone know where I can get a 3d of a perfect circle with 20 evenly spaced points on it or a shape with 20 even sides?

Since its 3ds and I Inten to use it in NL I thoigh it would fit here

Edit and due to this I now have insperation so it guess its perfect for this topic now.
