What's new

Six Flags Fiesta Texas | Dr. Diabolical's Cliffhanger | B&M Dive Coaster | 2022

According to Jeffrey, the track count is now at a grand total of 16 pieces. Here's also a close look at some of the first support pieces, each of which will be receiving a texturing job from the park before or after the pieces are installed (not entirely sure which, fairly certain that some of FLY's were done after they were installed but I'm not the expert).

New designation for this one then. This is D7-A which fits in with the other models I suppose.

Surprised with just the one extra seat they didn't just lump it in with the other smaller dive machines.
Which are D6-A (Krake) through to D6-F (Emperor)

For reference the bigger ones are DM-A (Oblivion) through to DM-I (Draken)

A quick look at the current construction trajectory, at this rate they could probably finish the coaster during March;

Seriously, this park should be the gold standard of the entire chain when it comes to innovation, construction and, as I have read, operations.

I can't wait to see this puppy up and testing. When is this meant to open anyway?
