Rumor - Fun Spot Ameirca - Chance Hyper GT-X

Luckily they've said on Facebook that nothing is set in concrete yet, 'coz a log Flume with one small drop, pirate ship, and Waveswinger etc all seems rather dull to me.

This looks to be great for this place! And if it looks correct, that appears to be a hotel in the artwork.

Can't wait to see what comes of this.

What's the chances of this actually being a Hyper GT-X? Something tells me that it's very unlikely to be anything more than a smaller family coaster (maybe even a powered coaster of some form).

^To add to that, although the colors of the new coaster in the art appeared to be the same colors as Lightning Run, but looked more like a smaller powered/family coaster that goes around in a circle.

Yeah, that's where I got most of the idea from, not to mention that the concept art is actually quite specific and highly detailed when it comes to the rides, yet the coaster seems flat as uninspired? Which either says it's just a visual representation of where a coaster will go, or, that it is actually a flat and uninspired coaster

It also has yellow track in the top picture.

Like I said, they've said on Facebook that these are just generic plans, nothing is final yet.

There was an older press release from over the summer stating the next coaster they would added would be taller/faster than any of their current ones. A Premier Sky Rocket II was also a rumor based off the 'taller faster' comment. Who knows what the park will actual build... But once it starts, I'll be back to making weekly visits like when White Lightning was going up <3

It should also be noted that Fun Spot try's to 'buy American / build American' so Premier or Chance would be a good guess as to a builder. (one could hope for RMC :P)

Both Milers and the GCI are US, the SLC is 50/50 since it was when Chance and Vekoma had their partnership. All the plates on it say Chance-Morgan (but the seats say Vekoma) annddd the Zamp Spinner was used, second hand. But the park did put out some PR about doing their best to buy American made rides.

I've only just clicked on that Falcon's Creative Group are involved on this project - it'll be beautiful <3

There won't be a hotel, but the parking garage (pictured) is needed as cars get much too hot using the current parking lots.
