Not 'in' England, but it is still technically England.
Anyway they are not comparable since Hong Kong is actually attached to mainland China so is actually 'in' China to some extent

True, you don't need a visa for Hong Kong (because it's a SPECIAL ADMINISTRATIVE REGION).
But the UK 'gave it back' to China in 1997.

Doesn't matter who runs it, it's not in China any more than Scotland is in England. Hell, a lot less so since it has its own borders, immigration controls, currency, laws... Hell, flying from China to Hong Kong you go through the international channel with everyone else...

Yes. The ride has been finished and was testing some time back.
The new section of the park that the ride is in won't be ready for a while.

^As much fun as I'm sure dodging painters and builders would be, it's much more sensible for the park to wait until the area is finished before opening a ride.
This is an actual theme park with themed areas, it's not a Cedar Fair park...
