We can only hope, but I'm somewhat doubting they will ever increase the launch speed. My guess is that we would have to wait at least a year or two before they felt confident enough to bring the launch speed up.

Cut the crap Connor or post the link to your source. The coaster did not open over the weekend as was announced on July 2nd in the Rhien Zeitung (not going to post the link as the article is in German).

It certainly seems they were trying to, but it didn't open. The Lotus F1 team tweeted about their disappointment of not riding a few times over the weekend.

So yeah, like Jerry said, be careful posting such things without evidence. ESPECIALLY as this weekend the Nurburgring was at the centre of a global audience for the grand prix.

I speak enough German to read and get by. I just thought it opened that day.
