With only two woodies, should I bother doing it? One is definitely* better than the other, but the other used to be The. King. when it opened, far better than the first one was when I first rode it. So I'm not sure as to where to put them.


*This is correct spelling. The word "definitely" is the most commonly misspelled word in the English language. I've been waiting for a chance to use it here ever since I saw that factoid somewhere.

I had some trouble ranking some of the middle ones, but my top ten is pretty solid.. It's:

3. Ravine Flyer II

I actually ranked Boss up pretty high too, even though the coaster itself wasn't that great, I just loved the experience because it was hilarious and then there was the "OH ****" moment that Jerry knows about after the first drop.

El Toro was awesome and is my no.1 coaster. American Eagle gave me quite a good ride with good speed and an out of control feeling in the second half.

The rest pretty much suck!

^ I didn't think American Eagle OR Screamin Eagle were very good.. American Eagle gave me almost no airtime and that big helix turnaround thing was retarded, whereas Screamin Eagle had very minimal airtime but was kind of rough.

I think I ranked them as the lower end of average.

Essentially, it's to see where people rate their favourite steel. I don't know if it makes much difference overall, but it's kind of interesting to see if people's favourite woodies come out favourably against steel.

Steel isn't king, it would seem.
