I have only ever had two migraines.
The first one I had was in exam week, I came home with a pounding headache and went to bed (at 4pm). I slept right through to 8am.
The second migraine I had was severe. In my first hour of school, I got the headache part and temporarily lost the vision in my left eye. I sat through another hour of school until I saw the nurse who sent me home.
I went straight to bed where if I so much as lifted my head of the pillow I was sick.
I was sick about 8 times in four hours.
The next day everything returned to normal. That was last year, and I haven't had a migraine since.
