Yeah, I really like the theming on these trains...even more so than on Verbolten. And a real plus that they are so open.

This really does look like a lovely little coaster. I genuinely hope more parks get these New Breed Zierer Coasters. They look perfect for the family audience.

I know the president of Djurs Sommerland was very inspired of Thirteen and wanted something similar in his park as the next coaster, i wonder how this will affect his decision as the parks are only 2 hours apart..

I happen to know Henrik myself and has spoken to him about future coasters.

I have also been told by some of my other coaster-friends that when they spoke to him about Legoland's addition he got a bit odd, and was kinda "yeah, they came first".

I will say that it probably has affected his decision, and would't it be odd with two of the most rare coasters in the same SMALL country? :lol:

I personally still hope that Djurs will get a GCI, but unfortunately he said that it is too loud and a maintenance nightmare.

On topic. I just love the look of this family coaster.
I really do hope that the grey building and the stairs will get some theming though. It doesn't look good.
I have been mailing with the park manager and he says that my friend and me maybe are allowed to get a construction tour of the coaster in april.
- I hope so! :-D

It's pretty obvious tbh. The cars were announced as part of the Press Release for the coaster if I remember correctly?

But i will say that it is fairly hard to spot the snowmobilish things on the trains, which is the skis, and perhaps the front.

Legoland Billund has announced on their Facebook page that the new area (including the coaster) Polar Land will open on april 29.
I'll off course be there and will post a review of the coaster with pictures and videos when i get home.

This looks like a really cool coaster with some nice theming. I'd like to ride one of these Zierer coasters with drop sections, as I enjoy Thirteen and it would be interesting to see how they compare with Intamin's interpretation of the ride.

^ I'm the same as you. I want to ride one to compare them too, the thing is, up to now, these have actually got better layouts than Thirteen. Plus, their drops aren't trimmed...

I dont really think the layout of this one is any better than Thirteen's layout, and if anything, its probably worse.

However, the theme of this is much better suited to the coaster.

^ I think it all depends on what you prefer in a coaster, I love swooping turns, Helix', curved drops & directional changes, as opposed to airtime hills that produce no 'air' at all on them, which is why I prefer these new Zierer Products compared to Thirteen!

On tuesday i checked out the construction progress of this cool looking coaster.
As any other coaster it looks much better in real life

Here's my pictures.

I spot a 20 m first drop ahead!

Let's take a closer look from the parking lot.

Looks like we could get some airtime here!

They are still building the mountain.

You gotta love this helix... And all of the others on this coaster.

Looks like there will be a tunnel for the track there.

What is it that Thirteen does 'more' than this?
Also, some of the track is hidden on all pictures so it isn't all the layout that you see there.
