Not 100% true, it's mainly due to reduce upper body movement due to quick lateral forces/twisting motions, since there is several coasters that have the same kind of brake force but run fine without OSTRs.lakeccrunner said:As furie said, it has to deal with how fast the train hits the brakerun.
