TPWW did a vid on current progress, here are some of the pics.
Nice to see a inclosed station.

A small section has been painted gold, an under coat maybe?
They have also started to paint velocity.

Gold is not a colour you'd undercoat with... I'm totally here for a golden coaster, won't lie.

I have no idea what colour we will end up with, seems strange to have it yellow and red to then to say in the planning application it will be black and grey to then start painting it gold. But gold would stand out on black supports, and with them painting velocity grey maybe gold is there new choice.

Nice they have......some rock work, hopefully we will see a bit more themeing.

Also velocity is looking great in it’s new colours.

Peering over fields of cow **** and it looks like they've started a pull through. Train shaped blob at the top of the lift, slowly moving down the drop.

Maybe they'll do a Busch gardens and it'll be testing by Friday?

Well it's official, the train has started to make it's way onto the track of Flamingo Land's brand new coaster and track testing has commenced!! 🤩😍🎢

If you're thinking Flamingoland are going to do any form of nice landscaping, you'll be sadly mistaken...

Presumably not much has happened since the last update.

I wouldn't expect it to open this year, still a lot of work to be done.

Other projects much closer to completion than this have been delayed until next year. It would be a miracle if this opened this year.

What's left to do? Hasn't it had its train pulled through?

It looks like they plan to paint it, they need to construct the queue, potentially the inside of the station building, any theming they plan to add, the permanent perimeter fence around the ride, actual ride testing and staff training.

It needs to be painted, the station needs to be finished, it wouldn't surprise me if all the queue line fencing needs to be installed. I will probably have a drive up in a couple of weeks to see if work on it has started again.

Maybe the park but the coaster isn't close enough to be completed by then. As far as I know they haven't resumed work on it yet and as mentioned before there's a good couple months work at least to go.
