Favourite Theme Park Food

The Pie Place next to Rita has to be my favourite. It's decent value, Is very tasty and has very good service. The Only bad thing I would say is the mash is obvisuly pre-packaged microwavable mash

The hot dogs at Plopsaland are amazing.

Exactly what I was about to write. **** ing expensive, but so, so nice.

I agree with people about Knoebel's as well.

Tokyo Disney popcorn <3

Urgh, funnel cakes are the worst. Had one at Canada's Wonderland, and it was foul. It was so greasy and fatty even a Glaswegian would have been like "no thanks..."

The Mexican at Alton is amazing <3

I actually quite like the "Explorers pizza and pasta bar" at AT and CWOA.

Pizza hut is still slightly better though...

^Oooh wait 'til Gavin reads that </3

Although most of the food there is SHOCKING, the bakery on the end corner of Main Street in Magic Kingdom is LUSH. It's so delicious, everything in there is mouthwatering <3

Over here............I usually just plump for the above^, but I did try the kebabs at Thorpe this year and I admit they were yummy.

^Gavin was going to put something along the lines of "anyone who mentions the pizza/pasta buffet as best food needs to start eating in classier places, as in not out of bins" in my earlier post, but thought better of it. I didn't think anyone would be crass enough to mention it.

VILE.

I love the greasy food I'm not going to a park for it's fancy buffet, I'm going to ride as many rides as I can in the shortest time  The good food is just a bonus, I much prefer to just grab a slice of pizza, a hot dog, or a sub and eat it in line for a ride.

Funnel cakes at WDW were awesome.

But they are beaten by whatever fudge Busch Gardens was serving. So so nice

^ Love your sig, quite funny

^^ Exactly, I'm all for eating greasy food when I'm at fairs/amusement parks

+ the funnel cakes at Silverwood with huckleberries on top are delicious...

<///3 For the Pizza Hut at Thorpe, all the Pizzas on the buffet were the 'budget', 1 or 2 topping kind at my visit.

It seems nobody in F&B management at theme parks seems to be able to branch out and do Pizzas that properly load on a variety toppings. It's like when you go to American theme parks, and they either have Cheese, or Cheese & Pepperoni.
Granted, Thorpe had slightly more variety, they branched out into beef and onion for instance, but still quite uninteresting.

Pizza is supposed to be.
-Base
-Sauce
-Cheese
-50 kinds of meat and veg
-Cook the **** thing.

Rant over.

La Cantina - PortAventura. Seriously, amazing food. Hands down winner of any park I've been to!

The Pizza & Pasta Buffet they had at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay was amazing. <3
So much choice and you got unlimited cake/pudding as well. :p

Also remember the buffet I went to at CP was not bad at all. All you can eat and we had a discount because of our platinum passes. It made me make the tough decision: more food...or more coasters?

Thats not even a decision more coasters will always take power over more food. Food is secondary at a theme park, its there just to keep me going during the day. ;)

Food may be a secondary at theme parks but it is probably the only time in my life when I would turn down food to do something else...yes, the only time...
