I think the Asia argument has the edge. Let's face it, we would probably know something if it was for a US park and there are increasing numbers of Asian parks capable of buying the best.
I'm gonna shout out for Ocean Park Hong Kong. I think I read that this place pulled more visitors than Hong Kong Disney and is certainly one of the world's most visited parks. I know that rcdb has them building some powered ride but I'm gonna bet they are getting a B&M looper (I mean rcdb still thinks Universal Singapore is getting a Hulk clone so they can be wrong). They obviously have a lot of money so a little market research would probably lead them to conclude that a B&M is the way forward.
