All year round I wear a shirt and sleeping pants, usually flannel. But recently i've began picking up sleeping shirtless.

I have some underlying fear of needing to get up immediately in the night (fire, etc) and being completely naked.

I thought this when I first started sleeping in the nude. The answer was simple. Should I need to get up in the night to leave the bedroom, I'd throw on some clothes from the linen basket/wardrobe or put on my dressing gown that hangs behind the door.

I was going to say similar. My dressing gown is always kept by the bed for that eventuality.

I also had the thought that if there was a fire or something that required a quick exit I'm pretty sure being naked would be the last thing on my mind

Always naked, unless sharing a room with people I'm not having sex with.

Depends on the weather, the insulation in my bedroom is s*** so it`s either really hot or really cold.
Hot means just underwear, or if it`s cold then shorts and t-shirt.
