Because there were no trees in the area. They have it completely cleared of trees. Thats how.
My point was that nothing has happened since the last clearing update.

Here's also two wide shots of the beloved land clearing.

For only $9 even, you get unlimited drinks
And for only $0 even, you get all the water you can drink!!!!

Better than the souvenir cups I guess, but still you have to drink a heck of a lot of pop to make it pay off.

Here's a video of the new fountain in action. As you can see, the drive of the new design was for kid interaction, considering it is in close proximity to Kiddy Kingdom.

ALSO, 2009 marks the 20th year anniversary of Magnum XL-200.

Here is a video Cedar Point released recapping the ceremony that took place before opening, featuring Magnum's sleek new sign.

That's expensive for pop, kind of. Like, I can't even drink more than one pop a day anyways.
Yeah, it is expensive but I drank like 6 pops in like 4 hours.... lol. So for me, it saved me money.

Also, this was the best MF line EVER:

Even though we waited 2.5 hours because of rain, this definitely was the highlight of the line.

The fountain really is disappointing. I don't think I saw a jet go higher than six feet.

I did see a lot of teenagers(unlike myself) running across trying to beat the jets. As funny as it would be to see one of them slip and fall, it wouldn't be good if they got seriously hurt.

^ You didn't see a lot of teenagers because the fountain is designed for kids. No doubt though I will have to bring everyone a change of clothes at the CF-Live for being lured by its watery presence.

Also here's a photo of the new powered dryers they have by Snake River Falls.

Some of you may remember seeing pictures of this device at IAAPA and mention on Screamscape that IoA was giving this thing a test drive with its water rides. Looks like Cedar Point is catching on too.

Are you guys seriously only just getting the heater things...? They've been in our parks for centuries.

Well.. CP does have a noticeable lack of water rides.. so I see why they weren't in a hurry.. :p

I'm aware it was designed for kids, but there weren't kids in it. I saw what I saw; many idiot teenagers running across trying to beat the jets.

Another update. Not sure if anyone else noticed this, but some of the vending machines now take credit cards. What is the world coming to....

Once the summer crowds hit that fountain will be swamped with kiddies. My two visiting nieces will undoubtedly be in that crowd.
