Best Woodie Combo

if Racer is anything similar to Rebel Yell, Beast is the only worthwhile wood at KI...

The one surprise that I have seen in this thread is no love for Kings Island. Any Beast lovers out there?

One coaster does not make a combo. Which is why I wouldn't call Lake Compounce or Six Flags Great Adventure good parks for wooden coasters because they each have exactly one good wooden coaster.

I thought Rebel Yell was better than Racer. The Beast is great, especially at night, but can't entirely pick up the slack for the Racer.

Im sorry, but Beast can go die and burn for all I care. It was rough as hell when I rode it in June and made me want to cry. It was on par with Desperado.

So either burn it, let GCI retrack it and put on Millennium Flyers or let RMC have its way with it.

Yeah, for me its Silverwood. Tremors is fairly unique and has got great helices as well. Timber Terror is fun and has a classic feel to it. Both quality coasters.

At KI I didn't hate Racer but Beast is great as always.

As someone said, Blackpool Pleasure Beach is a park that certainly offers a good variety of wooden coasters. They're all pretty old, mind.
