Worst case scenario: The ride is awesomesauce and we spend the day in an enormous goonqueue reriding.

Best case scenario: The ride is a very well polished turd and we spend the day whoring Nemesis with no queue.

It's win/win!

Officially confirmed as World's First 14 Inversion Coaster today by Towers...

I dont get the wording for that.... yes, they are correct, it will be the world's first 14 inversion coaster, but why's there no mention of "record breaker", "most inversions on a coaster" etc.

So, testing is pretty much taking place, yet there still hasn't been any trims added to the two parallel hills:

Yet there's all that mechanism in the track, anyone have ideas yet as to what it could be for?

^I would assume it's a "just in case" something Intamin doesn't understand. If it runs too fast, they can add it in later and it won't result in any real major downtime.

You can see some of the 'just incase' brackets for the fins on the far right of the picture, yet there's a bit of a gap between them and all the mechanical gubbins that crest the hill.

What's the chances of there being some sort of interactive element with the trains?!

Whay! I love how Towers Times is arguing wether the pic is real or not :lol:

Looks great in just that one pic, really looking forward too more footage!

Yeah I know, I was just wondering if there was any idea about timings or anything? will be having an early start by the looks of things :p

Hmmm...am I the only one who's coming down with cage rage? The trains look so industrial - I guess that's the point - but I'm not sure that I like the big, conspicuous grill at the front of each car when it's in action
(and yeah, I can understand why people think the photo's fake. Or it could just be very bad quality)

And Alton just posted this video of the bint on-ride. The last 15 seconds look pretty insane going through the final inversions it seems.
