Now that's just stupid. The only possible reason I might want to go to the moon is to have a dust fight.
I think maybe maglev coasters. There's no track resistance, so they'll do a zillion miles an hour, and they run on nice, eco friendly future fusion power.
I quite like the colossus rumble noise as it goes round the loop and then the cobra roll. you get a distant, quiet rumble, and then a nice loud rumble.
and, if you're leaning on a support, a back massage.
I also like the vampire chain lift noise and the 'you have been designated for...
last thing i read was Zero Option by Chris Ryan, which involves an sas man taking a IRA guy hostage and then giving him a massive rifle to shoot the prime minister in order to get his kid set free from more IRA people who don't like either the SAS guy or the other IRA guy and previously the SAS...
Hooray! I went there today and there's fancy machines and a big trench dug into the ground.
And I really hope it's as well themed as it is on the posters.
Chessington just needs a hell of a lot more theming, as they've done a half-assed job of it already. Especially where the log flume goes behind a piece of bare corrugated iron...
Why do people hate Chessington so much? Yes the rides are a little sedate and there are giant mushrooms in the middle of dragon's fury but it's a perfectly good park - much better than Thorpe. I don't even know why I go there anymore.
Woo! Hundredth post!

Eh? you managed to wake up on Maverick even though you weren't asleep?
Oh well...
I had a coaster dream last night about a fictional nameless red Intamin coaster. I can only remember it had a pair of corkscews followed by an eimmelman.
The track was also eaten by a live giant...
There was the Canada Creek Railway, but that's gone now.
Thank god for the design change. Thorpe is in need of a coaster with some good airtime. I don't care if it lost an inversion particularly, and the MCBR going has probably improved it. They won't have to spend so much on maintainance now.
Hehehe....
I just found the original 2003 planning application for this coaster

Slightly hilarious
A duck walks into a chemists.
"Got any peanuts?" it says.
"No." replies the man behind the counter.
Half an hour later the duck comes back.
Again it says "Got any peanuts?"
"I told you we hadn't half an hour ago" replies the man.
Half an hour later the duck is...
B&M inverts are fairly comfy, an so are intamin accelerators, but (this will sound odd) the most comfortable restraints I know of are on Flying fish at thorpe.
