I hate how some B&M's seem to stick a MCBR in the last 20% of the track length. In this video there are 14 more seconds of ride time between the MCBR and Blocks.
I haven't thought Amusement Insiders was completely making stuff up, until now. He talks in that video like "oh, yeah, this is what we are definitely seeing"
Its nothing. literally nothing.
I'll recuse myself from voting. I've only ridden Steel Vengeance twice. It maybe, just might be a better ride, but I think Millennium force is still my favorite.
This might not be popular, but to me, Valravn is probably the 2nd worst coaster at CP, 2nd to Rugaru, which CP even knows is a twisted pile of garbage that they tried to salvage, but is still crap.
Its probably just me, because obviously there is a market out there, but I'm surprised Drop...
Surely I'm not right... but is Valravn currently the worlds tallest rollercoaster with inversions? I did a quick search and it doesn't seem like that is a stat that is kept.
I know it sounds silly. But seriously, Gemini is going to need some attention soon.
Might they transplant some of the cabins/camping spots back to where Sandcastle Suites used to be to open up new property near Gemini/CP Shores Parking? What's going on with that property up there anyways? That...
At least I'm not hiding it! lol
I will admit that one of the reasons I can't make Steven my #1 is that I have no nostalgia for it. I rode Millennium Force for the first time in its opening season when I was 14. It was the last ride I ever rode "scared," and I conquered it. I love it for more...
Rode it twice on Monday. (both on Digger) It was running two trains.
First ride in Row 9: MCBR did not engage at all.
Second Ride Row 4: MCBR engaged quite noticeably.
Things you should know: I'm an Intamin fanboy. Never ridden an RMC before. Millennium Force, Maverick, TTD are life.
My...
To "top" SV, they'll need to break a notable record that people care about and/or do something truly pioneering, Maybe T-rex? I have a feeling it won't be the tallest and fastest flying coaster.
Back to topic, how long have the SV lines been with one train running?
it looks like right at the base of the stairs. Thats a great question, because the MF que merge is WAY too far away. You have to stand in line too long to justify spending the extra money in my opinion. Its the worst one by far.
They raised the height requirement to 52" to ride. I wonder if that was a publicity stunt? There's really low risk in intentionally creating the "It's too dangerous for kids" narrative. Its not going to turn people away. I probably wasn't going to let my newly minted 48" son ride it. (he...
I've never ridden an RMC... I'm just going by how much you all gush about them. Lightning Rod can't be that bad if you think its the best coaster.
...and yes, the reason I've never ridden an RMC is because CP doesn't have one...
