I think Duinrell is really pretty and has a decent selection of rides, all tucked away in lots of trees. I just loved the place as soon as I walked in.
The only 2 times I can think of are Wicksteed Park and Megasteelsplat (sp?).
Wicksteed said it was open, but when I arrived just the grounds were open. Not a big failure really as it was only an hour from home.
Megasteelsplat was open but the woman on the desk wanted to close and wouldn't let...
Re: Djurs Sommerland 2014
Are there any splash battles in water parks that already exist? I only ask because I'm not sure they do. Also, I got told off for taking my shoes off on one, which I'm guessing is for safety reasons, so would that be a complete pain in the bum to keep putting your...
^ Maybe I had a bad run on it, but apart from going under the waterfall which stops as you hit it and going past a waterfall, not a lot else happened. I came off dry as a bone, which for a water ride, to me is not very exciting. Everytime we approached a section of rapid I got excited to see who...
The whole area is really well done and looks brilliant. The spinner is a good ride but, I personally thought the rapids was uneventful and a little boring which is a shame really.
Stunt fall, Parque Warner. Had no train on the track, but no mention of it being down on the website.
Tom y Jerry, Parque Warner.
Tren Bravo left, Terra Mitica.
Tren Bravo right, Terra Mitica. Said on the website still running, get to the park and it's in storage.
Rock 'n' Rollercoaster...
Re: What Is The Smoothest and Roughest Coaster You've Been O
Smoothest Steel: Raptor, Gardaland or Blue Fire, Europa Park.
Smoothest Wood: Wodan, Europa Park.
Roughest Steel: Vonkaputous (Water Coaster at Linnanmaki). As soon as we hit the water my head jolted forward and I cut my mouth open...
Looks to be the same track layout and train as the one in Bottons pleasure beach.

Not that you can tell from RCDB's 1 photo! I just posted the link for the info instead :)
The ones I have driven past, seen the sign and not visited are:
West midlands safari park, twinlakes, gullivers and metroland. Probably a few more but I cant think of them right now.
Re: Djurs Sommerland | Unknown name | Unknown type
Translated from Djurs Facebook page:
"Denmark's largest news 2013 will be a roller coaster - Denmark's longest! We have been visiting the manufacturer Intamin, which also has built pirate and other of the world's best roller coasters. So we...
I visited Terra Mitica on my own and rode Magnus Colossos (sp?) with just 2 other people on the train and then spent the rest of the day with them. At one point when we got split up due to number of seats on a ride, I walked off as I wasn't sure they wanted to hang around with me all day but...
Re: NEW RIDE PAULTONS 2012 ?
I've been on the one at Flambards and for the age group they are trying to attract, this is perfect. Wish Flambards would of themed their one though as Magma is looking good.
Loving the work being done at Paultons also. Really need to get myself to Paultons! :D
