Your Favourite Melin Black/Grey Coaster?

So it's common knowledge that since Merlin have taken the helm from Tussaud's they like their Coasters black!

So which of Merlins 6 major Rollercoaster Installments is your Favourite?

Although I haven't ridden Krake I would have to give it my vote, I think the whole concept is fantastic! with a €12,000,000 budget I think they've done a brilliant job with it. The idea of the 'Mini Dive Machine' is exclusive so far to Heide Park and it works, it has the intimidation factor, it has the theming, it has the setting on the lake and most importantly for just 1,500ft of track it packs in all the elements that a Dive Machine should.

Thoughts?...

Swarm looks like the best of the bunch IMO. Followed by Raptor.

Only been on Saw, Swarm and Thirteen, out of those The Swarm would be my favourite.

Swarm is good but a bit lifeless. I was going to say Smiler but I want to ride it a few more times before I judge it. Th13teen..meh..it's nicely themed. Raptor looks very good and would love to ride it.

Out of Saw and Krake, I have to say Krake by a mile!! I agree with the topic creator that Krake packs a good punch in a small/cost-effective package, plus it's a very pretty coaster to look at!

Having not ridden Krake or Raptor, I would order the rest:

1) The Swarm
2) The Smiler
3) Thirteen
4) Saw

Oblivion and Nemesis were Installed prior to Merlin, hence why they weren't included in the list.

Yes Raptor is a dull green and Krake is actually brown I think, the reason I named the topic Black/Grey was because looking at the coasters from a distance and in the photos they all appear to be of that colour, even though a closer look does show they actually aren't

I'd order mine like this:
1. Raptor
2. Smiler
3. Th13teen

Although Raptor and Smiler aren't far apart on my list, I think that Raptor is a lot smoother and that's why it gets the cake.
