I always experience Anubis as quite bumpy. Lynet is smooth, but Anubis? Not so much. Agree on Typhoon though.

Anubis is one of the best coasters I've ridden so far. Super smooth, awesome launch and top hat and the entire first half is fantastic. If it had a better second half it would be top 5 material.

Typhoon is the absolute worst coaster I've ridden so far. **** drop, **** loop, **** slow hangtime heartline rolls, crappy restraints that get so tight that they completely crushed me towards the end, stupidly rough all ride long, ugly as ****, bland layout and just awful in general. Don't even get me started on that awfully bumpy helix. Got off with a terrible headache and I'm not going to ride it ever again.

That's hilarious because I found Typhoon to be the smoothest Eurofighter I'd ridden. I really liked it :p. The layout looks bland, but I actually found it really fun and forceful.

Granted Anubis is slightly better, but I found the restrains tightened (or crushed) me more on that. I actually found Anubis slightly rougher to. It's the launch and better paced layout that makes it a stronger ride IMO.

^ I agree Lynet is smoother and better than Anubis. It deserves more love.

I might have caught Typhoon on an awful day then, because it was the roughest ride I've ever ridden. Much worse than El Condor, etc. But I just feel that even if it was glass smooth, it wouldn't be very exciting. The drop and loop would've been fun, but the rest? I really despise excessive hangtime, and the rest was just some bland drops. The helix was probably the worst part of the ride, especially the transition of getting into the helix.

I don't remember anything on Anubis distracting me, which to me means it was smooth. Might have to do with the fact that I only rode front seat though. Absolutely adored that coaster, shame I only got two rides on it.

^ Or I got it on a good day. It's scary how rides can vary so much. I enjoyed the helices on Typhoon, but I remember how dreadful they were on Speed at Oakwood, so I can sort of understand your hatred for this ride.

Don't do that </3. ß is in no way the same thing as B. If you don't know how to type ß on your keyboard (usually it is S + ALT), rather use 'ss' instead, since that is what ß essentially stands for...

^ Sorry. I usually do use the proper letter, but I'm typing on my iPad so... I only put a B because it looks like one (I know I was being very simple-minded :) )

Edit: Found the letter on my iPad, never knew if you held down letters you were given other language options :oops:

I think it's more likely to be this. I put Typhoon among the most painful coasters I've ridden and it's there in my bottom 10. The whole think shook, was rough and gave me an awful headache.

I'm going to do a bit of an update after the 2014 season on this one. I will write down only the ones that have changed since the initial post and those that I forgot to mention the first time round.

Charles Paige:

least: Falcon (I'm yet to find a Gerst that I would really dislike, I just thought this was the weakest of the 6/7 I've now ridden)

least: stays Superman, SFMM, although Colossus in Thorpe has come damn close to it

L&T Systems:
favorite: Leprotto Express
least: Pakal

favorite: Sonic stays on the top, although I really liked Formule X as well

least: I've kind of forgotten that the Caterpillar in Brean isn't Pinfari, but rather a DPV made coaster, so my least favored Pinfari is now my first ever coaster - Ortobruco Tour in Gardaland

favorite: Rock'n'rollercoaster, although Walibi's Xpress does come quite close to it
least: Condor in WH, which was just awful
