What's new

Your 2012

CF Legend
So the year is almost up, and most parks have closed already. (You may still have some visits to come this year, but oh well...)

How was your year? Did you do everything you wanted to? Or the complete opposite?

What has been the highlight of your year? and Lowlight?

Despite the fact that I was made redundant in February, 2012 has been by far the best year for me since becoming a goon (and probably one of the best years in my life in general): Swarm, Parc Asterix, Parque Warner, Parque d'Atracciones, and of course, Orlando. To pick a highlight out of that would be quite hard to be honest, though no doubt it would come from Orlando. Possibly Forbidden Journey? Or maybe getting on Zeus finally (it was amazing)! I think my CC grew around 50 this year, which doesn't seem a lot to me when Ii think of what I've done. But who cares, it's just a number!

Finally got some more wood, in the shape Zeus, Coaster Express and Gwazi. Also gained a lot with new B&M coasters this year; 5 Inverts, 2 Floorless, 1 Flyer, 1 Dive Machine and 2 sit down.

Lowlight? I don't know, cant think of one of the top of my head...

This year I got 38 creds, visited 9 parks for the first time, and spent 29 days in theme parks.

Biggest trip of the year was undoubtedly Southern California / Las Vegas. If you'd have asked me this time last year, I never would have guessed I'd be going. In fact, if you'd asked me in March this year, I wouldn't have had a clue either!

Highlights:
- A particular moment on Thorpe's opening day where I was walking through the empty queue line and looked up to see The Swarm fly along the track backed by bright blue sky, to a live rock soundtrack. It was one of those "life doesn't get much better than this" moments.
- Riding X2 again. It's still my number 1 as I'm yet to find another coaster that fills me with such euphoria.
- Cars Land. The whole thing is absolutely stunning - every bit as good as the hype would lead you to believe
- The **** miniature golf in Great Yarmouth, especially the terrifying sheep
- The Port Aventura Live and hearing everyone's sex noises on Shambhala

Lowlights:
- Ending up in First Aid at the Thorpe Live
- Running out of time and missing the New York New York cred
- Getting my Kiddi Koasta cred whilst suffering my 2nd worst hangover of the year
- The ridiculous operating policies at Alton Towers on my visit this year

Thorpe Park. Managed to get through all the rides we wanted in only a half day there having arrived at just gone 1pm. First go on Swarm was front, outside left, which was immense. Also found that the queue just emptied at the end of the day so we got on it 3 more times which is a rarity as I'm usually a one-ride-a-visit sorta guy. Also got on Saw for the first time, as well as the rest of the coasters and just having a laugh playing up for the ride photos.

Blackpool. Got on two of the rides I didn't get last year. With the park being dead as a dodo, didn't have to queue once (apart from opening), although this wasn't necessarily positive as even though the opening hours were hugely reduced we were bored an hour before closing and feeling tender after taking such a beating on some of their less smooth rides.

Winter Wonderland. Jesus, Wilde Maus was an absolute gem, so enjoyable/terrifying. Eurocoaster was just odd.

Had fun. Wasn't credit filled but enjoyable. Didn't do much else besides the USALive but def had fun for those 5 days.

Solid year for me. Not a lot of volume, but plenty of variety with 5 new parks and 28 new coasters. Finally got over the 100-credit plateau as well.. a relatively modest milestone, but a milestone nonetheless.

Biggest highlight of the year was El Toro, no question. Others include meeting some more new CF-ers and reuniting with some old ones at Kings Dominion again, Verbolten at Busch, Hydra and Talon at Dorney, Skyrush and Storm Runner at Hershey, & Kingda Ka and Nitro at SFGAdv.

Can't think of any true lowlights, except for perhaps seeing that Casino Pier and Funtown Pier were totally destroyed by Hurricane Sandy, just months after I'd visited them.

Rather quiet year again, money was tight and was saving for the wedding.

Year started with the Thorpe live for Swarm. Fantastic day and a great end with night time ert.

Met up with Furie at Alton and again was a fun day, good laughs and relaxed.

France trip with 3 new parks for me and went back to Disney Paris. Not really much to add really lol. My favourite park was the one in Paris. Disney Dreams was amazing though. Park Asterix was a let down due to the hype, am sure I will enjoy it more next time now I know what it's like. Was great getting to know Kimari who I'd never spoken to before.

Two trips to adventure island in one day, one not riding and the 2nd time we rode. Our rings got their 1st rides much to Rob and Lucy's amusement, really need to think before I speak :)

Year finished off with Thorpe and Chessy at gf. Again another really good live lots of laughs and chatting. Swarm in the rain in the dark was a good way to end the day at Thorpe. The long queue for vampire was funny as well.

Think I got about 15 new creds or something like that.

Lowlight of the year was Disneyland Paris. The park was just a mess, dirty toilets and restaurants that shut when we were queuing. Complete joke. Other lowlight was Park Asterix. I expected this epic theming throughout and a woodie that gave loads of airtime, I found neither.

Main highlights were the lives and Disney Dreams. All were fantastic and could not fault anything to do with them. Other highlight Swarm did not suck. I expected nothing at all and got a great solid coaster that I really enjoy.

So yeah a quiet year but I enjoyed most of it and the times at lives was really good.

Highlight: Six Flags Great Adventure the day before Sandy hit. No lines for anything in the park, rerides on Nitro and El Toro because there was no one in queue. El Toro would of made the list alone but getting to enjoy it multiple times made it that much better.
Lowlight: Running out of time and not getting to ride Cyclone while I was in NYC. (Been there 3 times now and it has never worked out)

Traveled a lot this year but only got to a few parks. It sounds like most of you got more credits this year than I have total. :)

Getting people onto Taxi Jam wasn't a highlight?

For me it was quite a good year. Broke the 100 Barrier, Enjoyed meeting people on the USALive, and 9 out of 10 of my top 10 coasters were new from this past season.

Highlights for me were (in no particular order) Free rides on Leap The Dips, Phoenix, SF Great Adventure with Jer and Watching my dad's face as he re-rode his childhood at Kennywood.

2012 was awesome!

Swarm was a good solid start to the year
finally hit Brean for the ghost train
wickstead park + boat on rope spite
USLIVE + add on <3<3<3
Parc asterix (oziris is gr8), parc st paul (formule x is insane) and jardin d'acclimatation (and eiffel tower)
Europa park (love wodan and blue fire, and silver star this year is amazeballs)
PA live - Shambhala is ace!

Lowlights - coney island and quassy spite, along with el toro being down for maintenance.
- the earbashing on furius baco

With my cost-prohibitive capabilities, I guess 2012 was pretty OK. :)

Highlights:
X-Flight X-Flight X-Flight
Being able to actually distinguish airtime from the rest of the coaster for the first time.

Lowlights:
American Eagle Blue shut down.

Well, what a year 2012 has been for me!

My first moment of 2012 and I was working in Mickeys of Hollywood in Hollywood Studios. Party atmosphere going on, Mulch Sweat and Shears playing music and counting down until the new year, fireworks going off... All of which I missed because at exactly 00:01, I had the most miserable Brazilian **** woman person I've ever met dump a load of **** onto the counter and demand she gets served. Did she even realise it was the new year and there was a massive party going on outside? **** knows!

So, anyway, working my way into 2012, and it dawned on me that I only had a couple of weeks left in Florida, so I visited the Universal parks for my final time and re-did all of my favourite Disney attractions until it was time to say goodbye and return to the UK.

Park count: 6

But I wasn't in the UK for long, as a couple of weeks later I was on my way on the longest flight I've been on in my life to Brisbane to study for a semester on the southern tip of the Gold Coast!

Maybe it was a lack of planning, but I never realised how ridiculously expensive everything would be over there! The theme parks are the same price as Disney parks, but about a quarter as good, for example. Also, it's sooo hilly on the Gold Coast, and everything is an utter pain to get to without a car. The people I met weren't exactly the greatest, and nobody ever wanted to do anything, but then again it only seemed to be the non-Australians I met that made my life miserable, and most Australians were fairly friendly... It didn't help that my Grandad died when I was there either, which really didn't help my mood. :(

Themepark-wise, Warner Bros Movie World is probably the best, but it's sooo small! Green Lantern was good, Scooby Doo was ok, but Superman was excellent. If the park was, say, double the size, it would probably be one of the best parks in the world (well, minus their horrible worse-than-Six Flags locker policies). DreamWorld was ok and I really enjoyed Tower of Terror, and Wet n Wild was fun for what it was. Sea World, however, is one of the worst parks I've ever been to.

After meeting the fantastically knowledgeable Gavin, we made our way up to Aussie World, only to find out that the Wooden Wild Mouse was closed, so we visited Australia Zoo instead, which was awful! Still, it was excellent to meet Gavin, and he took me to the lookout point above, and gave me a tour around, Brisbane, which was very much appreciated.

I also managed to travel down to Melbourne and meet up with a "friend" from Disney... Well, I say friend, but it turns out she's an absolute **** to hang around all day. Thankfully, she had a friend from Disney, and that person had a French boyfriend who was also visiting, and they made the day a lot more bearable! We visited the Melbourne Gaol and did a couple of other things, but I still feel I could have seen and experienced a lot more if I had planned everything for myself.

Whilst in Melbourne, I did manage to get to Luna Park, but thanks to my "friend" not being a huge fan of parks anyway, and then promptly getting sick when we rode their Enterprise, my time there was very limited. I did get all the credits in, although I kind of wish I didn't as their Scenic Railways was one of the foulest pieces of **** I've ever been on! Like, Kings Dominion levels of crapness! Also in Melbourne, I managed to visit some ultra-Ghetto park laid out on a big green map by a large broken ferris wheel.

2012 Park Count: 12

After three fairly bittersweet months in Australia, it was time to leave. When booking tickets to Australia, I thought it would be an excellent opportunity to have a layover somewhere, and my three options were Hong Kong, Singapore or Dubai, and as Cathay Pacific was the cheapest flight, I soon found myself planning for Hong Kong, and what an incredible city it is! I'll get around to writing my main trip report of my experiences there some time in the next decade, but everything about the city is fantastic. Incredible scenery, excellent food, everything's cheap, the public transport is fantastically easy to use, and everyone is so polite!

Hong Kong Disney isn't the best Disney park in the world, but it's definitely one of the most charming, plus contains the Golden Mickeys and their version of Festival of the Lion King!
Ocean Park really blew me away. I didn't research it whatsoever before I went, but my word what a park it is! Surely one of the most visually stunning parks in the world!

I also had a day where I decided to cross the border into Shenzhen and spend a day in China. After spending an age looking like a twat trying to figure out where I could get my Shenzhen pass, I eventually realised that I was nowhere near that point yet and still had another security checkpoint to get through. :p Finally in China, and the queue for the taxis was burdenous, until some bloke managed to convince me that his taxi would be a lot cheaper. I thought he had parked close by, so started following him, but when we were still walking 5 minutes later and some random car without any taxi plate turned up, I finally realised it was dodgy as **** and returned to the normal taxi place to the blokes bemusement!

Eventually, and with the use of some extremely helpful pictures I had printed off, I found myself in Knight Valley, where I found out that EVERYTHING was closed, apart from Wood Coaster, which had an hour long line and some stupid operations. Any park that doesn't allow the train to be filled before everyone had left the station deserve to me heavily fined. Seriously, why do some parks feel this to be necessary??? I eventually got on Wood Coaster, and really couldn't be arsed to wait in the humidity again, so I exited, saw a taxi drive off just in front of me, but another bloke was there offering his own special taxi which I had to get. I spent the whole journey worried, especially as it took forever, but I managed to make it to Happy Valley, although I kind of wished I hadn't. What a crap park! The S&S being open would have improved the park significantly, but it wasn't and neither were most of the other rides. Needless to say, I left after a couple of hours and visited Window of the World, located about a minute's walk from HV. What a strange place this is! I can't even really explain how weird the place is, but they had an almost life-like replica of the Eiffel Tower, a rip-off of Soarin', a log flume where everyone wore a poncho, random shops trying to force you to buy their goods, an insanely fast electric toboggan, a strange coaster themed to something, and a load more model replicas of random world landmarks. Amazing!

2012 Park count: 17

Since coming back from Hong Kong, I've done the usual trips to Alton Towers and Thorpe Park, been on two of the best CF-Lives I've ever been on to Pleasurewood Hills and a first-ever trip to PortAventura (I also went to GYPB with my family during my week in Norfolk), and have now almost completed my first semester in my final year of university!

2012 Park Count: 22

So, yeah, 2012 really has been amazing, and the positives have vastly outweighed the negatives. I don't think I'll ever have another year like this, but only time will tell! It just makes me depressed that I haven't got any plans for next year yet, and will be the first time in about 8 years where I've got no plans to travel abroad! :( This needs urgent fixing, in my opinion. :)

I think I've covered most things here. 22 parks over 5 countries really isn't too shabby I don't think. :)

Hope you have enjoyed reading.

-Mike-

The big highlight for me was finally being able to meet many CFers in person at the US live add-on and Hershey trip. Then my extra trip to Hershey & Knoebels to add to the happiness. Nearly doubling my count wasnt bad either.

The lowlight was not being able to visit Gadv as often as preceding years.

2012 was a pretty good year for me. The parks I went to this year were:

-Thorpe Park x2
-Chessington x1
-Port Aventura x1
-Adventure Island x 1

Went on a plane for the first time at the grand old age of 21, which was a highlight for me :D.

Work was okay, social and home life is good, so overall not a bad year :).

2012 has been an absolutely massive year for me thanks to my trip to America in the summer plus loads of other little trips here and there. Started the year on 272 creds, ended up with 409 so a pretty good haul I'd say.

Started off the year with Vegas in early January, literally the first thing we did after we dumped our bags in the hotel was head up the the Stratosphere, which *should* have been the most terrifying ride of my life if firstly I'd been allowed to sit at the front (Sam was too scared) and secondly I hadn't been busy PMSL at the horror on Sam's face the entire time we were up there! Got the Adventuredome creds that night as well then did NYNY the next day. Both coasters were fairly unremarkable, even though Manhattan Express makes for an awesome skyline to the hotel.

3 'parks'.

Next up was The Swarm opening day, which was fairly busy but not burdenously so. It was inspiring to see something actually *not* **** from Merlin for once, so had high hopes for the year. Did Thursday, Friday and Saturday for the Live at Thorpe that weekend, couldn't get enough Swarm! Re-rode all day on the Friday as it was walk-on, perfect! Bit annoyed at having to miss out on night time ERT because of a family thing <//3

4 parks.

Early April I went with Sam and his Aunt, Uncle and cousin to Disneyland Paris. The parks were *fairly* busy, but not disgustingly so. Disney Dreams was incredible, really impressive! As always, the food and toilets at DLP were a **** disgrace and the merch and food was incredibly expensive. But it's Disney so you let them off ;]

6 parks.

In May, literally the day after handing in my dissertation I got on the first plane out of this country to sunny California! Well, I say that, our flight was cancelled and we had to wait until the next day to fly. So burdenous, but we did finally get there and spent 10 days before the Live in California. Universal was loads of fun, the tram tour was amazing and Transformers is OMGWTF11! SFMM was really good, the park was pretty much dead because apparently everyone just goes in and queues for X2? Random. Got spited by Superman because Lex Luthor was being built, almost got spited by a few others but the awesome woman in customer services got us exit passes and was just generally fab. Also had the worst experience buying a pretzel EVER! Also popped down to the beach at Santa Monica for the cred and sea, grotty yet fab in a Cali kind of way.

9 parks.

After a week (6 days because of the delay <//3) we headed south towards Anaheim for Disney and Knotts. Knotts was a bit vile, loads of concrete, pretty hefty crowds and Xcelarator spite <//3 I don't think anything in that park stood out for me, we didn't want to reride anything which says a lot. We spent the next 4 days at Disneyland doing both parks, ALL the rides, ALL the shows, ALL the parades. I think it's the most thorough visit to a Disney resort I've ever had, and it was magical. Worlds of Color was obscenely good, the Wonder Wheel was **** vom, Cars Land looked awesome, ToT was fab, Indiana Jones was sick, Disneyland itself was just magical, Matterhorn spited us <//3 (so much spite on this trip!) And we just had an amazing amazing time and I want to go back someone take me now =[

12 parks.

On the Friday of that week we hopped on our overnight flight to Boston to meet the others. We spent our morning waiting on the most burdenous cab journey of our lives, saw Boston in the pissing rain then headed back to the airport to chill with Taylor and Ciall and to wait for the others. Hence the madness began. That day we hit up Lake Compounce and Boulder Dash (see: the world's most overhyped coaster ever in the history of the world). Park was quite fab, I think it was only me and AJ who bothered doing rides other than coasters, which actually turned out to be amazing. Tried to get to Quassy that night too but it spited and shut an hour earlier than its website stated because rain. SFNE was next, with the world's rudest staff members and the world's grossest customers, but there was a fab GIB and Bizarro so that made up for it. I *think* we did SFGAdv next? Whatever, was lolsome seeing everyone spited by El Toro, Ka front row was quite fab, AJ shat bricks. Nitro was the secret star of the day. I think I've got this completely the wrong way around, but did we then do New York City? Anyway, when we did the cars got towed, everyone had the hump with each other and Coney Island spited by not opening. It was: awful.

15 Parks.

Heading even further south I believe we hit up Knoebels and Dorney next. Rach was feeling like **** and it was beginning to show, poor thing =[ Phoenix was **** amazing. Interesting but time consuming tour of Flying Turns, got to sign the wood, yay! Hilariously vile ghost train, awesome food and ice cream and **** DISGUSTING birch beer that silly Americans tried to tell us tasted good. Tastes like Savlon. Sprinted onwards to Dorney park worried we wouldn't get all the creds, only to find the park dead as a doornail. Everything was walk-on, it was joyous. The park was clean and tidy with some substantial thrill rides, like Thorpe without all the vile customers. Ate at TGI Fridays that night, got staff discount lols. Headed to SFA the next day, AKA the worst park ever in ever, which turned out to just be an 'OK' kind of place. Saw a black widow spider, I found Superman fun, everyone else loathed it, VILE Flying Dutchman, fab Premier messoftrack, disgusting open, uncovered spaces paved with concrete, Panda Express! Whoring the kiddie creed whilst Jerry was on the phone to SFGAdv, sprinted away from SFA when told El Toro was open, our car bailed about 1 1/2 hours into the journey and headed into Washington DC for some culture, it was fab.

18 Parks.

The next day was the first official day of the Live at Hersheypark. For the first time in my life I sat out of a cred on purpose, regret it now. The park was so much fun, really lovely staff and atmosphere. Chocolate factory tour was lame, Skyrush night ERT was out of this world insane. Loves it. LONG drive that night, tried to stay awake to keep Rich company, sort of succeeded. Next day was KD, which is the most vile park ever. The rides were all gross and tried to kill me, i305 is a massive piece of ****, the Togo was secretly fab, the queue for the rapids was lol, we all went home early for sleeps and food, only to end up back at Subway again, many drinks were had that night. Last day of the trip was BGW, it was gorgeous and fab. Despite there seeming to be crowds we didn't really queue for anything other than Verbolten, which was loads of fun! Griffon was amazeballs, Apollo's Chariot was godly, the rapids picked on Taylor and the group that day was just fab. Excellent way to end an incredible trip.

21 parks.

When I got back I took some work friends to Alton, used a expired voucher to get my MAP, go me. Somewhere along the way I went to the Yarmouth Live, which was hilarious even if it did piss down. That mini-golf remains a highlight XD PWH was also secretly fab, me and Nic ambushing John in the laser quest thing was hilarious!

25 parks.

Early September I went over to Paris to visit AJ. That morning we went to Jardin D'Acclimatation to get creds, tunnel of death! Afternoon was spent in Disney chilling, eating, watching shows, went on Haunted Mansion and Big Thunder, that was it. Weird to do DLP like that. Saw Dreams again, still amazing! Next day we went to Parc Asterix which was disgustingly busy, the most vile day at a park for me this year. It was OK though because the company was good and the creds were actually all quite good too (Oz'Iris <3). Really need to go back though, so much I missed because of the crowds.

27 parks.

End of September I went to Blackpool for the Live. It was actually fairly busy, bloody windy and cold with a tiny hint of rain. It was a perfectly British day out, I really enjoyed it and I stayed at a B&B in Blackpool for the first time instead of Travelodge, it was fab <3 Next day I went to my first Gullivers park, it was actually really good was quite sad to see how empty the place was.

29 parks.

Early October I went to Europa Park for a few days for my birthday. I adored it, we did their Halloween event too which was also really good. I loved seeing a park so Disney-like, yet so different. Loads and loads of attractions crammed in here, so much to do, good coasters, good food. Excellent weekend away. Loved it.

30 parks.

End of October me and Maddie had an epic Merlin sesh, did Alton on the Saturday, LegoLand for fireworks on the Sunday, Thorpe for the Live on Monday and Chessington for the Live on the Tuesday. Alton was definitely not a good as last year, but SW7 hype made it work. LegoLand was just....LegoLand (see: ****) but the fireworks were alright and we had fun dancing like goons to **** cheesy pop songs. Thorpe on the Monday was an amazing day, the best GF day I think I've ever had! Night ERT on The Swarm in the rain was just euphoric, as made clear by the noises many of us were making as we went around. Such a good day. Chessington was also quite lovely, ruined a bit by running out of time because of earlier closing times this year =[ Queued a billion years for the bloody runaway train, had a delicious lunch in Zafrica, lolled at Sue's restraint going round on Dragon Falls, how many CFers can you get in a tuktuk, etc, etc. Really really great couple of days, shame it had to end.

32 parks.

But the story didn't end there...

My year would usually finish there, but this year we had *bonus Live* at PA! PA was dead, playing dreadful Xmas music and having BACO, but Shambhala was exceptional, even better at night. Never been so blissful to ride a coaster, I was literally sat with a satisfied smile on my face, even after my 15th ride. Excellent excellent coaster. Oh, and the hotel was a bit fab too.

There endeth my epic 2012, one can only hope 2013 at least tries to match up because if it's even a tenth as good as 2012 it'll still be amazing.

Yes! I need to add that last ride in the front row next to roomraider to my list of highlights!

LMAO! Well remembered! That was awesome <3

Only got 12 new coasters this year. But a lot of the parks I had been to before like Europa, Phantasia etc.

Highlights for me have to be:
Riding The Ultiamte ALONE! Very strange
Van Helsing (Movie Park Germany) being awesome!
Maus Au Choc (Phantasia) being a epic shooty ride
Polar X-Plorer just being a really good coaster! Very re-ride-able.
Shambhala
Grand Nash in the dark and wet
Re-riding EGF =D

Full list of parks in my sig =]

Probally my most epic year!

January (through Feb), well the quiet month building my TOT model and Thorpe stuff...

Early Feb, poped over to France for the first time to do Disneyland Paris and Paris itself in -8C tempratures! Even though outside rides didn't work untill about 12 noon due to the cold and snow, it was still epic. Parks were dead all 3 days. And Paris I was so cold I got ill and puked in a McDonalds urinal... lol

Tower, Phantom, Thunder and R'n'RC are so good :)

March, I was at Thorpe. I got the chance to start operating 2 type 1 rides... Colossus and X\: aswell as Zod and DC. Attending on all the other in the area. But it was such a great suprise getting Colossus. Loved working on that beast :)

Oh I did get on Swarm a little after opening. And then after work joined up with the CF night riding. Its a nice ride.

March through May was editing and releasing the Documentary.

Skip on to June;

6th - 9th at Cedar Point! MF ran so much better, but then so did Maverick! Got stuck on Gemini's lift for half hour and saw TTD rollback!

WHERE has the music gone though?? It was really loud in '08!

10th - 12th at Six Flags Magic Mountain! I didn't like X2. First drop was epic and I **** a brick comming off that lift, but then its just pure violence and pain. I loved Apocalypse, Tatsu, Viper and Goliath and... Jet Stream! I felt over B&M'd out though by this point. They all feel the same...

Ohhh Ninja! HEY YA! Heeeeeyyyy YA!

Are we the only people to do CP/SFMM side by side?

13th at Disneyland! INDIE, this Space, Doom Buggy, Splash and Thunder! Love.

14th at Seaworld San Diego... well its a very boring park, we were done by 2pm and we got there at 11am. Manta was pretty cool though!

15th at DCA! I.e Cars Land opening and getting to the park for a 7am opening! OMFG Cars Land! Another Tower! Buena Vista Street! Soarin'! Grizzly! Screamin'! World of Color! OMFG this park!

16th at Knotts... dead Xcelorator. Really Gutted about that. The log flume was the best thing here. Don't take a steamy dump on me here... but I loved Ghostrider! Just like a big Megafobia, It was pure rape in the corners, but in a good way!

17th at DisneyLand!

18th at Universal Studios and Hollywood in the evening! OMFG Transformers was amazing!

19th at DCA!

20th at both DCA/Disneyland and... LAX....

August, I gained Flying Fish operator lol! I enjoyed that way too much!

September 17th - 20th, I went to Europa Park! Wodan is epic, Blue fire is epic and Silver Star is pretty fun! The park is lovely and so is a trimless Euro Sat ;) This park is kinda like a european Disney if you know what I mean.

October/Nov? Well there was Ghoster Force! Part of Thorpe and Chessington. I also got Stealth operator, briefly before the end of the season which was a nice touch :) That ride scares me to operate though.

Am I the only Brit that actually got the Xcelerator cred this year? ;) I did get spited by Ghostrider though. Meh.
