Definitely Intamin for both quality and variety. Although B&M is of great quality they're almost too consistent, meaning there would be less of an element of surprise when only riding their coasters...
Intamin's great and all, but I'd say B&M. The really good intamins are the airtime machines and accelerators, and there isn't much else that really stands out for me (plus some are just bad).
B&M has the airtime on a dozen or so hypers, the intensity on the inverts, some with nice gracefulness, and some other fun stuff. Other than stand ups, there isn't really a bad B&M from what I've experienced.
B&M - it's a no brainer. Enough variety, almost invariably top class and there's over a hundred of them, most of which I've never heard of, never mind ridden.
I'd miss wood, and like without Mack would be less good, but few tears would be shed over the rest.
