Honorable mention: Canyon Blaster at Great Escape. It somehow manages to have two lift hills with no drop at all. Its only element whatsoever is a weak final helix.

It has the helix over the lake for views but that's about it, It's rattly and jolts around. Can't wait for the S&S thing to replace it.

Seconding, it's combination of the worst features of the Arrow Mine Trains. Trailblazer and Cedar Creek Mine Ride are also really dull as well.

The aforementioned Coaster Express at Parque Warner manages to combine pain with boredom somehow. It has no airtime and rattles around without bothering to entertain you.

Back home, I found the Avalanche to be the dullest supposedly thrilling ride there.
