I don't fall into any of those. I have an HP laptop with a 15.4" widescreen display, and my default resolution (which is what I use) is 1280x800. My screen and graphics card can handle up to 2048x1536, though. So, "other" I guess.
1280x1024 for me, I feel it's the easiest to look at and work with, plus I favour it when playing games (so I can crank up the anti aliasing and the machine wont die) .
