So there was Rickrolling, Gangnam Style, Harlem Shake, and now Thrift Shop. A stupid song but somewhat hilarious and catchy song. I don't like the song itself, but it's KIND OF funny in a way, certain lines like "The sneaker heads be like aww he got the velcrows". I'm kind of in between on Yes and No, but what's your opinion's?
 
Knew about it much before it was mainstream. Still feel the same way.

Intense and Utter indifference.

Greatest song ever? not by a long shot but on the other side of the coin it is nowhere near the worst as well
 
Had to google and youtube it to find out what it was. Now I know, I 've clicked the "bad" option.

Old news now, It won the Triple J 2013 hottest 100 back in January and that was bad enough.
 
Yeah, this song is old news.

It's alright, it's harmless fun and kinda catchy. I can't hate a song for that reason.
 
Macklemore has much better songs on that record with Ryan Lewis. I'm personally a fan of Can't Hold Us and White Walls. Plus Macklemore is white and can rap. That should be enough to gain a bit of respect.

I love a catchy song and once I heard it back in Jan/Feb I listened to it a lot.
 
Yeah, it's old. I hated it at first, I hated it again. Strangely had the terrible chorus in my head the other day, but otherwise, modern clubbing music once again shows how crappy it is.
 
Meh, it makes for a good party theme, anyway. Everyone shows up in the most ridiculous outfit they could dig up from Goodwill for $20. Been to two of these now and both produced some quite hilarious results.
