Themed supports

I always thought that the numbers were a simple support code for the builders and engineers during the construction. I thought it was a "kill-two-birds-with-one-stone" type idea. The numbers are technically for the construction, but it also doubles as a nice piece of theming that ties in with the futuristic type theme.

Sorry for the bump (is this topic really over a year old? ). Anyway, was having a look through my Gardaland pictures last night, and I noticed Magic Mountain has several themed supports:

And the rest are plastered with fanta logos and banners :P

I know their Eurofighter has been posted in here, but Duinrell's new cred also deserves a mention

Most new Gerstlauer rides has theming to the supports.
Gold Rush, Corall

Also Mack does awesome support themes!
Wild Mouse, Bakken

Sorry I'm late to the party, but I've always liked the theming of the supports for Alpengeist's lift hill. Nicely made to look like a ski lift.

This was done for themeing, but also out of necessity. If they would have built the normal B&M supports they would have had to put holes into several of the surrounding buildings.

^That. From what I recall, there was (and still is) a pump of some sorts that could not be moved and that caused the entire coaster to be shifted four feet. That four feet was enough to require a redesign of the lift supports.
