Now before you watch this let me explain the 2 things which are happening in this video.

1. The level has been made to require NO user presses. I.e. the platforms, damage, etc etc are all moving mario along on his OWN without any joypad interaction. The only modification here is the level and not the way mario moves, etc.

2. Listen to the sound effects of jumps/bounces/monster hits/etc.. They're playing the theme tunes from numerous nintendo games.


So not only is this level playing itself.. it's creating music while doing so..


If this isnt the ultimate in geekyness i dont know what is!

The sheer determination/time/etc this must've taken is impressive when you think about it!

i'm imagining the above video probably took WELL over a year to make.. so, no, i doubt it.
