So what is CF's thoughts on Taco Bell?

I only came about trying it when they first opened up at Lakeside, but everytime we go down there, we do make the effort to eat there. Needless to say I love it.

Its just ridiculously delicious (Mexican chicken <3<3), and really well priced too. There needs to be more in the UK!

Only place I can spend $5 and be satisfied. Omnomnom.

I have friends who absolutely haye it, though. I enjoy it now and the..

Love me some Taco Bell. Crunchwrap supremes & Baja blast FTW.

The food is actually terrible quality, though. It's one of those things where I try not to think about how cheap & chemical-filled it is while I'm nomming on it... ignorance is bliss, so they say.

From my limited experience of it - I LOVE it! <3

Love love love.

Haha, it's GROSS and the quality is awful, but I get odd cravings for it here and there. It doesn't actually taste that bad, but I try to avoid it until those aforementioned cravings pop up :p . Their hot sauce is to die for though, I steal loads when I go.

It's far from "good" Mexican food, but even **** Mexican is delish.

Haven't tried the ones over here yet, just in the States and on a US army base in Korea, but **** ing LOVE Taco Bell.

It isn't Taco Works (best chips in the universe) but it's still the only place I eat Mexican food outside of the Southwest (and Mexico) besides Taco Time and Del Taco.

From what I knew of it, it was more budget than Maccy D's and seen as really poor quality.

I didn't care, actually drove down to Lakeside the other week just to try it and bought nearly everything on the menu. Wasn't disappointed. Wish there were more.

Del Taco out west is something I craved sober.. but I've found more and more TB is only a drunk craving. It is REALLY good then tho.

Absolutely love it. The food is cheap and filling, something great for a college student with a tight budget. I don't really care about the quality because I don't eat it every day, plus it's not the only poor quality thing I'm exposed to. Plus, for those who say that the meat is basically dog food, I don't see the issue - dogs love their food.

UK Taco Bell is NOT Taco Bell. Fries? Wtf.

As for real Taco Bell... Amazing. Primarily because it's so awful. The thing i love the most is the RIDICULOUS a la carte menu that spans forever and, of course, Baja Blast!

This 100%

Why oh why aren't there more in the UK??? Generally why aren't there more Mexican restaurants actually?

^There's a clear gap in the market somewhere judging by all that Old El Paso stuff, plus numerous other knock-off brands, filling up large sections of supermarket shelves these days.

Considering I am neighbors with Mexico, and we have real Mexicans making real Mexican food here, I think Taco HELL is just crap.

I love Taco Bell they just don't have any close enough to where I live. There is a really good mexican place downtown called No Problemo that has actual mexican food not like Taco Bell. I still really like Taco Bell though.

Xpress, that's like saying McDs, BK and KFC are **** examples of American food...

Best fast food Mexican:
1. Taco Cabana (this place could feed a family of 6 with an order for "3" it is seriously insane!)
2. Del Taco (best Chicken Soft Tacos)
3. Taco John's (Midwest only, **** food, but they have Ole's, or Tater Tots, not sure what you Brits call them though)
4. Taco Bell (Crunchwrap Supreme)

That said, I still really like Taco Bell, cinnamon twists, cheesy gorditas, and cheap tacos. It also is the best drunk food.
