Along with VinWonders Sun World have been on a building spree for parks in Vietnam.
In fact I think Vietnam only comes second to Indonesia for most parks built and opened in the last few years (And most of those were indoor Transmart parks)

So its no surprise to see another Sun World park on the horizon.
Their latest park managed to built a full GCI without anyone realising so it will be interesting to see what pops up here.

Early concept art is understandably vague as no contracts for rides have been signed just yet.


Early plans show a mirror clone of Led Zeppelin/Dragon Run and a Vekoma SFC but those are placeholders (bottom left here)


However Sun World are known for bringing in western rides so who knows what we will see. Construction should start soon.

This is owned by the same people that set up RPM/Slippery at the Da Nang park, then removed them without ever opening them, correct? If they weren't scrapped, perhaps they might pop up here?

Same people, but I highly doubt those coasters will ever appear again.

They removed them because they couldn't get them to work. They even went as far as having Intamin design an almost identical replacement for one of the coasters (the suspended one). There's no way they'd have gone to that expense and trouble if the original was salvageable.

As far as I can tell ... this place is just about to open! As in, tomorrow! Well, the water park bit, at least. The theme park is still a ways away, but it appears to be ongoing.

ThemeParx has a rather more active construction thread showing how the place turned out. Not bad, I must say!
