I learnt that, as a student, I can sign up for the E4 Slackers club, where I am entitled to a free movie once a month and a free beer.
I later learned that because my boyfriend now works at a cinema, I never have to pay to go to the movies again, not only for Cineworld but also for the slightly classier and intellectual Harbour Lights Picturehouse too, making my first thing I learned today irrelevant. Yay!
