Red wine. Blossom Hill is the best, I've found.
Then you've not been looking hard enough! Blossom Hill is repulsive. It's crisp, but far too apply and sugary. As a general rule of thumb, if it's less than £6 a bottle, it's rank.

It will. I never liked it in my early 20's, but now it's my first choice (when drinking in a house). Beer will remain top choice in a pub.

Any recommendations, Ian?
As a rule of thumb, stay French. Preferably a claret or merlot, from the Bordeaux region. The grapes in that region are the fruitiest, you're more-or-less guaranteed to get a nice soft taste, without the tart.

I got told at work the other day wine taste is acquired at 28. Four more years and we'll ****ing see.

Rose, then red, then white, but I do prefer beers anyway, actually depends what mood I want to achieve
