^ They're horrible, I had one a few years back. The sucker itself was putrid, and the actual insect tasted like some screwed up tasting chicken. It was as cricket, if you're wondering.
 
I've eaten dried caterpillars and chocolate covered ants.

The caterpillars are a bit like prawns, only dry and not so salty.

The ants just tasted of chocolate and grit. Big fat meh really.
