Nice reports guys, and glad to see the coaster exceeds the already high expectations!

Loved the interview with Fred Grubb too - looks like we should be seeing even more astounding and revolutionary stuff from RMC in the coming years. I hadn't a clue that he and his wife helped out on El Toro too, brilliant!

Yeah, Silver Dollar City has become a must-go for the future, and with the ride being so silky smooth with a guarantee that it'll remain that way for at least the next 5 years, I've got plenty of time to save up again and come back over :p

Aww this wasn't the guy from IAAPA who looked like Einstein on acid, he still seems like a really cool guy and I'm glad RMC came out to answer questions. Also I like the 'no revisions, right the first time' response Grubb gave, really shows how confident RMC is with their designing.

We've had a CF Live in the United States in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2012, and hopefully this year. Not been checking the forums? :)

You know I'm a n00b, and tend to check CF mostly when I'm bored at work since it's never firewalled.

How smooth is Outlaw Run? Does it have any shake at all?

When he stated in the interview that he would have a upcoming rehab coaster coming soon, with the rumours of Colossus at SFMM getting the treatment, That's what I think he was talking about.

They mentioned it on Fox News a few minutes ago. They said something like "This roller coaster is just now opening, the "Outlaw Run" at Silver Dollar City. Look at this crazy drop at 81 degrees almost straight down. It is the first wooden roller coaster to go upside down and is opening as we speak".

In this video you can really see how fast the coaster is and at 0:14, ECG and Snoo are in the back seat!

I would be interested to know whether they're going to build something in Europe soon? So far RMC has been America exclusive.. Would love to see an iron horse/topper track creation popping up somwhere a bit closer! :)

Just as I suspected - they found a niche and delivered. It's good to hear all the positive reviews of this ride. I can't wait to see all the innovation they can throw at us in the future.

Overall, everyone who rode the ride enjoyed it. I couldn't find someone who wasn't smiling. I was glad we could enjoy all the time we spent with everyone there. Silver Dollar City has a hell of a ride on their hands. Everyone get there as soon as you can to enjoy this beast.
 
I had to wait until opening day to be able to film off-ride footage with full trains. Here's what I was able to capture before they closed off the restricted areas.
