... Skegness! :p

Yeah nothing amazing but their getting a Tivoli Extreme Orbiter for this year.

Far from my first choice of ride, but never the less, it is a new ride. Its been 4 years now, so they were due one!

Anyway, like I said, its not particulary amazing news, but, you may be able to read into it further.

Fantasy Island last year introduced wristbands, so surely that must have hurt Botton's' wristbands sales last year, and this is their first proper 'thrill' ride. So there obviously now wanting to target all age groups to gain back the custom they're loosing to FI (EVERYTHING at the park is aimed at children).

Basic stuff I know, but if a battle breaks out between the two parks, we might well have another little Adventure Island on our hands!

I like Botton's, I dont why, I just do. Its a nice little place in a nice little sea side town. I hope it goes well for them.

Well it's about time they got a new ride. I never go there anymore cause I don't really find the place any good anymore and their only good rides are the waltzers, dodgems and the pirate ship but I'm glad to hear they're getting a new thrill ride.

I'd assume this is going to go where the old paratrooper ride was? And they'll probably move the rockin' tug that's in that spot already.

Yes it is going where the Paratrooper was, apparently.

Do they still make these Orbiter rides? It would be good if they got a new one. I'd imagine an old to look horrible and run down.

Ohh is this one of the older versions where you have a lapbar and sit in like a car? I've only ever done the newer versions where your legs dangle and have the OTSR.

I hope it's an old one!

I actually quite like these, and the cars look like stilettos!

Well unfortunetly for you Jake, its said to be a brand new one. Customised with only 4 arms so it can fit in.

Whey, that picture above is William Danter's, I'm good friends with him.

The new models are available in the 4 or 6 arm configuration, the footprint of both rides is exactly the same, just that the 6 arm is an extra £100,000 + to buy!
