New Theme Park Game - Theme Park Studio

So has anyone actually played this? Seems a bit weird that it went by extremely quietly and released just after RCTW and PC.
 
I played the alpha. It's very much a no-limits for theme park building. Not exactly my cup of tea since I like having a bit of £££ in my park building.
If you want really in depth theme park design this game is for you. You can build flat rides from scratch.
