For a May 26 opening, I don't think there's concern for anything yet.And then closed again because it wasn't ready haha

I will have to go down to the park myself and check it out but I’m very interested haven’t been paultons for years.Hi guys. Theme Park Guide has spotted that surveying has been taking place at Paultons Park:
Could this potentially be the start of a new investment in the Cobra/Edge region of the park? It would be good if it was; that area is one that sticks out as a prime investment location within Paultons, in my opinion.
What do you guys think?
The current construction area including Cobra and Edge is nearly double that of Tornado Springs. This will be the biggest investment to date for sure, will have to see what they announce if anything in May.The space is massive - it's going to be a massive investment for the park, I imagine on a similar scale to that of Tornado Springs![]()

Rumour has it that the Vikings Area will open in Phases over two years, with the first phase re-theming the existing rides and adding new rides in the lawns beside Cobra, with a mack water coaster replacing the go carts for 2027. @Dispatch_Jack

To my understanding there was a staff memo put out several weeks ago that explicitly confirmed a new coaster and another ride for 2026, which supports this.Rumour has it that the Vikings Area will open in Phases over two years, with the first phase re-theming the existing rides and adding new rides in the lawns beside Cobra, with a mack water coaster replacing the go carts for 2027. @Dispatch_Jack

The entrance sign is back up after coming down for a bit. Considering we have till May 17th for the opening its already looking great, once their gardening teams come in and the theming is done i think this will look fantastic.

Also if we were to get a water coaster while not my first choice, a UK first is cool and im hoping for a custom layout, a launch would be a cherry on top.
It’s hiding the rest of the ride building. Also to give a buffer between themes for Tornado Springs and Ghostly Manor. Would have looked better 3D but can’t complain with how everything is looking overall.U
