While I think both Air and Rita are respectably decent coasters, Nemesis is the better experience of what you've limited us to.

well nemesis all the way!
Nemesis is something special, i don't think anything could better it at alton towers.
Ive not nothing agaisnt Air, its a different experience, but not the best one.
Rita on the other hand...Im not a fan of. obviously TTD etc. are the best launch coasters, but only counting british coasters, comparing Stealth with Rita...Rita is nothing except a few hills.
