3.5 hours for Kingda Ka
But that was because it broke down, a few times.
Longest "normal" was probably El Toro at fright fest, just under 3 hours.
Yeah, I tend to disdain those fast pass people...because you fork out extra dough we have to watch you cut the line, and sometimes take a row from us :x

The longest i've bothered to wait is 2 hours for Test Track. The fast pass normally sells out within an hour of the park opening.
