Scrolling through Facebook just now...wasn't expecting to see multiple updates from Kings Island. The first is from KI Central showing off a new wall where Firehawk once was:

Not surprising, but exciting nonetheless. Y'all KI fanboys might actually be getting that giga afterall

It appears a giga coaster could currently be in production at the B&M plant:-

Now of course, the brown track is for the Hershey Park hyper coaster, and we know all these track pieces are from the same coaster as not only do they have the same colour, but they also have the same serial number of MC-R (MC standing for "Mega Coaster" for those unfamiliar with B&M track codes. This code applies o both hypers and gigas as B&M classes them as the same coaster model.
However, there is also a large amount of unpainted track sat alongside it with a different serial number of MC-T, meaning it is for a different project. In photo 1, you can see a section of the Hershey Park hyper coaster's lift. Look how thick the spine is. Now look at a section of lift track from the coaster just behind it. It is much thicker, having the same thickness as Leviathan and Fury 325's lift, no other B&M hypers in that we know of have this feature. Although it could just be the perspective we are seeing from that makes the spine look huge.

With this knowledge, it seems likely that this is a giga coaster is in production, and it will likely be opening next year. And I think Kings Island will be a likely candidate for this.

No. Just no. A giga coaster most definitely is not in production at the moment. Look at the end plates and count the bolt holes running along the sides of the track pieces. Look at the differences in the track ties in both photos that you posted. The brown track isn't even close to the same size as Fury's, nor do the cross ties match.
The brown track is for the Hershey hyper...
