Re: My NoLimits projects

I like how you didn't use the catwalks on the Rumblr, and I find it interesting how you used two lift hills. Was it based off of Outlaw Run?

I'd like to see you create a B&M Inverted Coaster, and maybe include a zero g roll and one or two corkscrews (I tend to have trouble with these inversions).

Re: My NoLimits projects

That second drop was actually inspired by Outlaw Run. I really didn't like the way the catwalks looked on it, so i decided it would be best without them.

The B&M Invert is also on the way!

Re: My NoLimits projects

Here's your B&M Invert, Kick the Sky! 6 inversions, and a top speed of 57 MpH

Re: My NoLimits projects

That was quick! It looks great except for a few spots where the train ran through some supports (yikes!). Although I do suck at making corkscrews, I thought that the corkscrew on this was a little too smooth for an invert; it didn't really give that 'snap' B&M Inverts usually have on corkscrews, if you know what I mean. I also think that the turn after the pre drop could be banked just a little bit.

I should to start uploading some of my NL stuff, as soon as I figure out how to record videos of them. What do you usually use record your coasters? I'm running on Mac BTW.

Re: My NoLimits projects

Thanks for the comment! I actually didnt realize the train went through the supports until i was filming.

I use a free version of Bandicam, don't know if it's available on Mac. The frame rate sucks, but it's the only way to share my rides.

Re: My NoLimits projects

Thanks I'll look into that. Hopefully I should start uploading soon.

Re: My NoLimits projects

NoLimits has a built in video recorder for versions 1.7 and newer. Default command button should be NUMPAD 0, but you can change this in the simulator menu for those of you who don't have a NUMPAD. Just go to

setup > controls

then click on the option that says "start/stop AVI export" then push any key on your keyboard to control the video recorder. I would suggest going through and ensuring that the key you wish to use does not already control something.

Re: My NoLimits projects

Thanks! I found out about that yesterday but didn't know how to change the key controls.

As for Bandicam it looks like it's only available for Windows, but I have also been experimenting with Quicktime Player, which was already installed on my Mac. But do to some weird glitches with Quicktime I'll have to try out the NL video recorder.

Re: My NoLimits projects

Go to the game files and find tracks. Then you will have to send it to a zipped folder, probably after copying it from capability folder to the main folder. Send the zipped file to some place that you will remember. Then go to a file share website (putlocker for example) then upload it, copy and paste link, and done.

Actually, I can't find my screenshots. It's finished, it was my entry for Antinos' accelerator coaster contest.

Do you know how to find the screenshots?

Computer > C Drive > Program Files > No Limits Coasters > Screenshots (You may have to click compatibility files at this point).
