mediapart.fr talks about the constructions finishing in time, but also about citizens wanting to sue the park because they fear rising numbers of visitors and the consequences coming with them.
Looks like the opening has been postponed until June 1st. The park mentions the bad weather this winter and that the paths did not get ready in time. The announcement has been made on Friday (four days before the park was supposed to open), looks like the planning is pretty weird.
I'm surprised they managed to run 5 cars on this ride, with it being quite small, they obviously care about throughput! Tiki-Waka also runs 5 cars, but is larger.
