I don't count that thing on Hydra as an inversion. It's just a not needed turn-around. Silver Bullet's thing isn't an inversion either. I'd say you are upside down on a wing-over-drop.
Anyway about the flying coasters; I guess you could say you where upside down, Since your body is usually leaning more to the front of the train. On a side note, I am not a big fan of flyers. I don't like excessive hang time like on Manta (or any flyer), but I do like short hang time like on Mystery Mine's dive loop.
